The Mkuranga Passion Fruit Farming Drive is one of the contract-farming projects owned by TanzPro Greens Ltd. The project involves passion-fruit farmers in Mkuranga District, as organic passion fruit has been one of the priority products.
Through this network, we source and aggregate both purple and yellow passion fruit from our outgrowers — giving buyers a reliable, year-round supply of export-grade fruit in both varieties.
Our project aims at owning a total of 5,000,000 passion-fruit plants from contracted farmers to meet demand. Currently, our company works with 20+ contracted passion-fruit farmers.
