Cold Chain and Delivery to Muscat

Every order to Oman follows the same field-to-airport discipline we apply across all our export markets. Once an order is confirmed, our teams hand-harvest, sort and grade produce within hours, then pre-cool it at our packhouse before packing into food-grade export cartons.

From there, shipments are dispatched by air freight from Julius Nyerere International Airport in Dar es Salaam to Muscat, with the cold chain maintained from pre-cooling through to arrival so that vegetables and fruit reach Omani buyers in the condition they were graded at. We coordinate delivery schedules with each buyer in advance, so that a supermarket or hotel distributor knows when a shipment lands and can plan receiving and onward distribution around it rather than reacting to an unannounced arrival.

We typically begin a new relationship with an Omani buyer through a trial shipment sized to their needs, whether that is a single pallet for a supermarket to test on shelf or a smaller consignment for a hotel kitchen to trial across a season.
