Logistics, Packing and Documentation

Fresh shipments to Dubai move by air freight out of Julius Nyerere International Airport in Dar es Salaam, following the same field-to-airport discipline we use for every export market: hand-harvesting, sorting and grading within hours of order confirmation, pre-cooling at our packhouse, then packing into food-grade export cartons built to the specification the importer has confirmed with us.

Because UAE buyers frequently forward goods to other Gulf markets, we pay close attention to labelling, carton marking and documentation accuracy at the packing stage, so that a shipment clearing customs in Dubai is also ready for whatever onward paperwork the importer's own customers require. From Trial Shipment to Standing Volume

We start most new UAE relationships with a trial order sized to let the importer test our grading, packing specification and documentation before any long-term commitment is made. That first shipment is treated as seriously as a standing order, since it is the basis on which the buyer decides whether to scale.

Once a trial has confirmed quality and reliability, we move importers onto a standing volume agreement with a regular shipping rhythm, whether weekly for fresh vegetables or less frequently for dried herbs, spices and powders.
